PRICING & POLICIES

REGISTRATION

​

One-on-one lessons are offered either at our studio or at your home. (Note: For lessons at your home, a travel fee may apply.)

​

Registration options are as follow:

​

1) One set of 4 lessons

2) One set of 12 lessons

3) One set of 16 lessons

​

ONE-ON-ONE LESSON DURATIONS

One-on-one lessons are offered with different length options:

1) 30 minutes

2) 45 minutes

3) 60 minutes

​

PRICING POLICY:

The minimum registration length is 4 lessons. Note: New students, can request a trial lesson that will be charged as 1 lesson. 

Please note that rates are subject to review annually. Offers and discounts vary and might change throughout the year.

REFERRAL BONUS:

If you can refer a student that successfully enrolls with us, you get a free half-hour lesson!

BEFORE BOOKING GUITAR LESSONS:

Please note that our guitar teacher specializes in teaching classical guitar and fingerstyle guitar. Before contacting us to book a guitar lesson, we invite you to read the following page and listen to samples to make sure that it fits what you are looking for. If you have any more questions, please contact us!

HOW TO REGISTER:

REGISTRATION (4 lessons, 12 lessons or 16 lessons)

1. Pick an option from the above (4, 12 or 16)

2. Contact us and we will set up a consultation time (i.e. a short interview with the teacher) or a trial lesson.

3. Have fun learning music!

MAKE UP LESSONS:

​

To be eligible for a make-up lesson, the student or parent needs to advise us of the cancellation 48-hours in advance (unless he student is sick).

If the student is late for his lesson, no extra time can be offered for that student to make up for it.

If the teacher has to cancel a lesson, a make-up will be offered. If a make-up cannot be scheduled, a refund will be issued to the student.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  • 4, 12 or 16 lessons registration: Payments are to be made at the first lesson of each set.

Note that a registration is only complete once lesson fees have been paid or payment arrangements are made. If payment is not received by the second lesson, any further lesson will be on hold and a penalty of 25$ will apply each week until the due is paid. The methods for payment are listed below.

 

Payment methods for All students:

 

1) Cash

2) A cheque payable to your teacher's name.

3) EMT (Email Money Transfer) at vanhouseofmusic@gmail.com

4) Credit Card (A 2.75% tax will apply to cover credit transaction fees)
